Welcome to Work With Tech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, subscriptions, and communications. By using our services or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Work With Tech provides technology-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Device repair

  • Technology setup and configuration

  • Remote and on-site technical support

  • Ongoing support subscriptions

  • Troubleshooting, maintenance, and consulting services

Services may be provided on a one-time basis, recurring basis, or through a subscription plan, depending on the agreement with the client.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging with Work With Tech, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding devices, systems, and issues

  • Maintain backups of all important data prior to service

  • Ensure legal ownership or authorization to access devices or systems being serviced

Work With Tech is not responsible for data loss unless caused by gross negligence.

4. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via text message. Appointment times are not guaranteed and may be adjusted due to availability, emergencies, or service complexity.

Missed or cancelled appointments may result in a fee, where permitted by law.

5. Payments & Billing

Payment may be required before, during, or after services are rendered, depending on the service type.

  • One-time services may require upfront or same-day payment

  • Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Refund Policy

Work With Tech aims to provide high-quality services. Due to the nature of technical services, refunds are handled as follows:

  • One-Time Services: Generally non-refundable once services have been performed. If a service issue arises, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.

  • Subscription Services: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel future billing at any time prior to the next billing date.

  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to helpdesk@workwithtech.net.

7. Communications & Phone Number Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Work With Tech, including:

  • Service updates

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Follow-ups related to completed services

You may also opt in to receive promotional messages and newsletters.

SMS & Text Messaging Compliance

  • Message and data rates may apply

  • Message frequency may vary

  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP

Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

8. Promotional Emails & Newsletters

If you opt in, you may receive marketing emails or newsletters. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on workwithtech.net, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Work With Tech and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Work With Tech shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits

  • Issues arising from third-party software, hardware, or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Work With Tech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion for:

  • Non-payment

  • Abuse or harassment of staff

  • Illegal or unauthorized use of services

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
