3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding devices, systems, and issues

Maintain backups of all important data prior to service

Ensure legal ownership or authorization to access devices or systems being serviced
Work With Tech is not responsible for data loss unless caused by gross negligence.
4. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via text message. Appointment times are not guaranteed and may be adjusted due to availability, emergencies, or service complexity.
Missed or cancelled appointments may result in a fee, where permitted by law.
5. Payments & Billing
Payment may be required before, during, or after services are rendered, depending on the service type.

One-time services may require upfront or same-day payment

Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Refund Policy
Work With Tech aims to provide high-quality services. Due to the nature of technical services, refunds are handled as follows:

One-Time Services: Generally non-refundable once services have been performed. If a service issue arises, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.

Subscription Services: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel future billing at any time prior to the next billing date.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
